i couldnt say much
about my happiness
when you’re around my dear,
but all the loneliness
is apparent
when you’re gone
away from here.

appearing cool and calm
as the sea
but beneath is a surging swirl,
how can i picture
this wild firecrackers
without conceit my dear girl.

i am such a lousy dreamer
not to know how to
beautifully quiver,
in thy eyes
behold the touch
of memories you’ll soon remember.
